The systems presented in this section are devised for assembling and hydraulic holding prefabricated rings deployed by the TBM during the excavation.

GUIDE BAR
The guide bar is a useful tool used for quickly aligning the components of prefabricated concrete rings (segments), reducing the risk of errors in installation operations.
The segment may be built preparing a special housing during the pre-fabrication stage, and the guide bar may be deployed in this housing. InnoTek also offers a special epoxy glue (Incoll 100) capable of guaranteeing perfect adhesion between guide bar and segment.

NYLON BOLTS AND PLUGS
Nylon bolts are an InnoTek patent (in partnership with Impreservice srl) , and they fully substitute traditional steel products. They are light, do not react with humidity and are immune to all chemical substances.
Several tests have been carried out that also certify that InnoTeknylon bolts have shear resistance and resistance from disengagement from the plugs similar to steel bolts.

GASKETS
InnoTek gaskets are used to waterproof precast lining both during excavation and in work progress. These seals are manufactured and supplied according to specific designer specifications. InnoTek also offers a special acrylic glue (Incoll200) capable of guaranteeing perfect adhesion between seal and segment.
